Duties:

1. To organize and implement orientation activities for new undergraduate and graduate students in the department.

2. To inform students about the regulations on horizontal and vertical transfers.

3. To establish communication with newly enrolled students and exchange ideas with student representatives.

4. To identify issues faced by students with disabilities and collaborate with the Disabled Students Committee to resolve them.

5. To evaluate suggestions, complaints, and recommendations regarding services provided by institutional staff and ensure their monthly follow-up.

6. To manage the SMS information system.

7. To receive technical trip requests from faculty members and prepare the technical trip calendar.

8. To ensure the execution of departmental activities and social events such as technical trips, celebrations, and graduation ceremonies.

9. To complete the relevant sections of the self-assessment report related to these matters.
