Duties:

• To evaluate the adequacy of the academic staff in terms of both quantity and quality.

• To assess the qualifications of the academic staff beyond their teaching duties.

• To specify the criteria for appointments and promotions.

• To establish a support teaching staff pool.

• To complete the relevant sections of the self-assessment report related to these matters.
