Duties:

1. To contribute to the department’s website for the purpose of promoting the department to external stakeholders.

2. To liaise with the Information Systems and Department Website Committee to coordinate departmental relations with the press.

3. To actively provide guidance to students on career development and planning, and to organize career days.

4. To organize activities for department students.

5. To plan and carry out scientific events that bring together department students and the general public, and to conduct surveys to determine needs.

6. To be present at the venue during organized events and ensure that protocol rules and the event schedule are implemented completely and without interruption.

7. To participate in departmental promotional fairs in external stakeholder settings and organize promotional visits to schools.

8. To regularly send departmental promotional materials to schools upon request.

9. To organize various seminars to inform students about professional life.

10. To complete the sections assigned to this committee in the self-assessment report.
