Duties:

• To liaise with all committees under the coordination of the Department Chair and take necessary measures to resolve identified issues.

• To monitor continuous improvement activities and decisions, and guide the committees accordingly.

• To follow up on incomplete tasks and ensure their sustainability.

• To fulfill the requirements of the quality management system, and request, initiate, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

• To organize activities in line with the decisions of the Faculty Accreditation Board and ensure the up-to-date status of accreditation-related documents.

• To collect and evaluate annual committee reports.

• To implement updates and take measures in response to education- and training-related issues.

• To complete the relevant sections of the self-assessment report related to these matters.
