Duties:

  1. To determine and implement the methods necessary for measuring and evaluating program learning outcomes; to prepare, administer, and evaluate a program outcomes assessment survey.

  2. To prepare, administer, and evaluate a survey assessing the achievement of educational objectives.

  3. To prepare and administer an alumni survey, and evaluate the results of the administered surveys.

  4. To prepare, administer, and evaluate other surveys required by the committees.

  5. To compile the data obtained from surveys and the corrective actions into a report and submit it to the Accreditation Committee.

  6. To include survey results in the self-assessment report and complete the sections assigned to this committee within the report.

  7. To determine the methods by which student satisfaction will be measured.

  8. To evaluate outcomes at various stages of program management and determine feedback methods for returning evaluation results to the relevant units and individuals.

  9. For each program outcome individually, to describe the measurement and evaluation process used to determine and document the achievement level periodically, and to present supporting evidence.

  10. For each program outcome individually, to explain in detail the approaches and practices used in the program to achieve that outcome.

  11. For each program outcome individually, to assess and explain the extent to which each graduating student has achieved the outcome, and to summarize tangible evidence obtained from the measurement and evaluation system established for this purpose.

  12. For each program outcome individually, to list the documents (e.g., student work, related evaluations) that can be linked to that outcome and presented to FEDEK program evaluators during the institutional visit as evidence of achievement.

  13. To ensure that accreditation-related documents are submitted to the FEDEK and Quality Committee on time.

  14. To complete the relevant sections of the self-assessment report related to these matters.
