Academic Incentive Application and Review Committee

Duties:

  1. To evaluate academic activities in accordance with the provisions of the YÖKSİS (Higher Education Council Information System) regulations.

  2. To collect from academic staff, in accordance with the announced procedures, examples, evidence, and documents related to academic activities along with the printout obtained from YÖKSİS for submission to the Academic Incentive Application and Review Committee of the unit.

  3. When deemed necessary, to request additional explanations, information, and documents from applicants regarding their academic activities. Applicants are obliged to comply with such requests.

  4. To review applications, prepare a decision record, and compile an evaluation report with an attached score sheet, and to submit these, duly signed, to the higher-level administrative authority in accordance with the announced schedule.
