Course and Examination Schedule Preparation Committee

Duties:

1. To prepare, each semester, the examination, seminar, and weekly course schedules, taking into account student feedback.

2. To evaluate the situations of students who will take make-up examinations.

3. To prepare, announce, and archive course schedules.

4. To monitor the distribution of courses and workloads within the department.

5. To collaborate with the Department Chair in resolving course-related issues reported through academic advising services.

6. To organize and revise ECTS records, academic advising follow-up, and course files.

7. To prepare and evaluate assessment and evaluation surveys for each course every semester.

8. To complete the relevant sections of the self-assessment report related to these matters.
