Duties:

1. To create and archive records, along with photographs, of the department’s classrooms, laboratories, graduate student rooms, and seminar rooms.

2. To identify the department’s infrastructure deficiencies and report them to the Department Chair.

3. To receive requests regarding infrastructure deficiencies in laboratories or classrooms and determine policies for their resolution.

4. To forward repair requests to the Department Chair and ensure their resolution.

5. To monitor the annual maintenance activities of equipment.

6. To keep calibration certificates provided by the companies that perform calibrations.

7. To report requests from the Laboratory Safety and Waste Management Committee to the Department Chair.

8. To complete the relevant sections of the self-assessment report related to these matters.
