Student Exchange Program Committee (Erasmus–Farabi–Free Mover)

Duties:

1. To promote the programs to department students.

2. To contribute to the execution of correspondence with relevant universities, as well as the establishment and updating of agreements.

3. To work in coordination with the university’s International Relations Office.

4. To ensure the preparation and submission of statistical data and annual activity reports related to the unit’s annual performance program to the relevant offices.

5. To organize orientations, courses, trainings, and meetings related to exchange programs.

6. To work on increasing the number of incoming and outgoing students.

7. To ensure the establishment of new bilateral agreements within the scope of the relevant programs.

8. To complete the relevant sections of the self-assessment report related to these matters.
